MADE IN ITALY INOX PATENT 18cm Italian Swing Guard Pearlex vintage switchblade knife

Vintage MADE IN ITALY INOX PATENT 18cm Italian Swing Guard Pearlex vintage switchblade w red dot safety made in the 1960s or 70s measures 18cm (7 1/8") open with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, guards, button & safety cap. The blade is 99% full or better and shiny with a couple of light scratches and has the original factory finish still intact. The ricasso is stamped MADE IN ITALY INOX the front and PATENT on the reverse. The Pearlex synthetic scales are gorgeous with the back scale darker than the front and some light handling marks. Pretty sure that the front scale has been professionally replaced. The knife works well with the blade tip below the liners when closed, good snap and very good lockup with less than 1/16"  of movement at the tip. This is a backspring release knife so you have to push down on the tab part of the backspring near the bottom bolsters to close the knife. The safety works. EX condition.
