MADE IN ITALY INOX 18cm Italian Swing Guard Stag vintage switchblade knife

Vintage MADE IN ITALY INOX PATENT 18cm Italian Swing Guard Stag vintage switchblade w red dot safety made in the 1960s in Italy. It measures 17.7cm (7 inches) open and 3 7/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, guards, button & safety cap. The blade is 99% full or better with original finish and some light scratches and the ricasso is stamped MADE IN ITALY INOX the front and PATENT on the reverse. The genuine Stag scales are gorgeous and in great condition with Red dot safety. The knife works well with the blade tip below the liners when closed, good snap and fair lockup with more than 1/8" of movement at the tip. This is a backspring release knife so you have to push down on the tab part of the backspring near the bottom bolsters to close the knife. The safety works. EX condition.
