M ITALY INOX 33cm Italian Picklock Horn Vintage 1950s automatic knife

Vintage 1950s M ITALY INOX 33cm Italian picklock horn switchblade knife measures 33.3cm (13 1/8 inches) open with D stamped brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade is stamped M ITALY INOX in an oval and is 98% full or better with original finish and some light scratches. This knife is extra heavy with 5mm wide backspring. The buffalo horn scales are in very good condition with a couple of small bug bite repairs at the bottom of the front scale and are mostly black & green and cream colors. The blade tip is centered and below the liners closed, good snap and tight lockup. Nice old 13 inch 1950s Italian picklock! The name picklock refers to how the knife is closed. You pick (lift) the locking tab with your thumbnail to release the blade to be closed. Safety works. EX condition.
