M ITALY INOX 33cm Italian Picklock Horn Vintage 1950s automatic knife 5mm

Vintage 1950s M ITALY INOX 33cm Italian picklock horn switchblade knife measures 33.3cm (13 1/8 inches) open with D stamped brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade is stamped M ITALY INOX in an oval and is full with original finish and some light scratches. This knife is extra heavy with 5mm wide backspring and base of blade. Beautiful and colorful Brazilian horn scales have 2 hairline cracks through top pins on the front scale, one about 1 inch long which you can see in the pics. The horn has black, brown, translucent green and cream colors. The back scale is mostly translucent green with some white and black streaking. The blade tip sits deep and centered, good snap and tight lockup. Nice old 13 inch 1950s Italian picklock! The name picklock refers to how the knife is closed. You pick (lift) the locking tab with your thumbnail to release the blade to be closed. Safety works. EX condition.
