M ITALY INOX 28cm Italian Transitional Stiletto switchblade knife

Vintage M ITALY INOX 28cm Vintage Italian transitional switchblade knife. This is a swivel bolster release transitional stiletto made in the 1960s. It measures 27.6cm (10 15/16 inches) open with brass D stamped liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is marked M ITALY INOX in a circle and is nearly full with light scratches from light sharpening/use. The Brazilian buffalo horn scales are in very good condition and range from black, tan, translucent green to cream. The knife works well with the blade tip below the liners closed, strong spring and good lockup with just a little movement each way at the tip. Nice example of a vintage Italian transitional stiletto switchblade. Safety works. VG+ condition.
