M ITALY INOX 27cm Italian Transitional Stiletto Vintage 1960s automatic knife

Vintage M ITALY INOX 27cm Italian transitional switchblade swivel bolster release stiletto made in the 1960s. It measures 27.1cm (10 11/16 inches) open and just under 6 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is 94% full, or better with light scratches and has seen some sharpening and use and the ricasso is marked M ITALY INOX in a circle . The Brazilian horn scales are in very good condition and range from black, tan, translucent green to cream on the front scale and the back scale is black. The knife works well with the blade tip below the liners closed, good snap and excellent lockup. No rattle if shaken with blade open. Nice example of a vintage Italian transitional stiletto switchblade. Safety works. VG condition.
