Rare Vintage 1940s LATAMA MADE IN ITALY 12cm Italian Flat Guard Picklock Wasp body Pearlex automatic knife. These tiny antique picklocks are really hard to find! It measures 11.5cm (4.5 inches) open and just over 2.5 inches closed with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The bayonet blade is 98% full or better with original factory finish and the ricasso is stamped LATAMA MADE IN ITALY and has a couple of tiny dings near the tip that can be seen in last photo. The gorgeous pearlex scales appear to be laminated on top of translucent yellow horn and are in great condition. The knife works well with blade tip centered and below liners closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with just a hint of movement at the tip
