Latama ITALY (BOX STAMP) 28cm Italian Picklock Honey horn 1950s vintage automatic knife rare

Rare Latama ITALY (BOX STAMP) 28cm Italian Picklock 1950s vintage automatic knife with honey horn and octagonal locking tab. The knife measures 27.7cm (10 15/16 inches) open and 5 15/16 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The bayonet blade is 99% full, or better with original finish under light even patina with a little spotting and light scratches and the ricasso is stamped Latama ITALY inside a box (box stamp). The genuine horn scales (handles) are in excellent condition and mostly honey & brown color with a repaired bug bite on the back scale and looks like maybe tiny repair on the front by the button, but hard to tell. Very nice horn overall. The knife works great with blade tip deep & centered closed, strong snap and tight lockup! Safety works. EX- condition.
