Latama ITALY 28cm Italian Stiletto Picklock 1950s vintage automatic knife White horn

Latama ITALY 28cm Italian Stiletto Picklock 1950s vintage automatic knife White horn measures 28cm (11 inches) open with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. Bayonet style blade is nearly full with most of the original factory finish still intact and the ricasso is stamped Latama (in script) over ITALY. Genuine horn scales are gorgeous with the front scale mostly aged white horn with translucent green on the edges and the back scale is mostly translucent green with some cream streaking and both are in very good condition. Looks like a nicely done small bug bite patch near the button and something a little odd at the bottom of the safety slot, looks like it was longer and been filled? There's a small dent in the top back bolster, but not bad (extra pic). The knife works great with blade tip deep and centered in the well closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with just a hint of movement at the tip, as most do. Does not rattle if shaken with the blade open. Safety works great. EX condition.
