Latama ITALY 22cm Italian Picklock Oval button Camper vintage 1950s automatic knife

Vintage 1950s LATAMA MADE IN ITALY Large 22cm Italian Picklock Oval Button Camper automatic knife measures 22.7cm (8.5 inches) open and 4 5/8 inches closed with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, plated button & safety cap with brass ring. This is the larger of two different sizes of this knife that were made. The long clip blade is 97% full, or better and shiny with lots of light scratches from use/sharpening and the ricasso is stamped Latama ITALY. The genuine horn scales are in very good condition with one small piece missing at the bottom of the back scale at the point and are mostly translucent yellow, green & cream in color. The knife works well with the blade tip deep & centered, good snap and very good lockup with less than 1/32" up and down at the tip. Safety works. VG+ condition.
