Latama ITALY 20cm Italian Picklock 1950 vintage automatic knife light horn

Latama ITALY 20cm Italian Picklock 1950 vintage automatic knife measures 20.3cm (8 inches) open and 4 3/8 inches closed with non-D stamped brass liners and pins and nickel silver bolsters, large button and large safety cap. This knife was likely made in the late 1940s or 1950 since it has pinned liners instead of D stamped which they changed around 1950. The bayonet style blade is 98% full or better and shiny with some original finish still intact and is stamped Latama in script over ITALY on the ricasso (tang). The horn scales are in very good condition with the front scale being mostly green and the back scale mostly cream & honey horn. The knife works well with the blade tip below liners and centered when closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with just a hint of movement at the tip. Does not rattle with blade open. Safety works.
