LATAMA ITALY 18cm Italian Picklock 7 inch vintage 1950s automatic knife

Vintage LATAMA ITALY 18cm Italian Picklock 7 inch automatic knife made in Italy in 1950 or 1951 according to an expert on Italian picklocks, right after they stopped making the Latama flatguard. This is the harder-to-find 7 inch model and it's a nice one. The knife measures 18cm (7 1/16 inches) open and 3 7/8 inches closed with Non D stamped liners and Dovetail spring with nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The bayonet style blade is 98% full with patina, spotting and lots of light scratches from sharpening/use. The scales (handles) are basically black genuine horn and in nice condition. The knife works well with blade tip deep & centered closed, good snap and excellent lockup. No rattle if shaken with blade open. VG condition. The pin in the bottom bolsters is lower than later knives also.
