Latama 18cm Italian Wasp body Flatguard Picklock 1940s vintage automatic knife

Latama 18cm Italian Wasp body Flatguard Picklock 1940s vintage automatic knife measures 17.4cm (6 7/8 inches) open with brass liners (not D stamped) and nickel silver flat guard bolsters, button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade shows some loss from sharpening over the years (about 94% full) with heavy patina, sharpening scratches and spotting. The genuine buffalo horn scales are in good condition with black, green & cream colored scales. The knife works well with blade tip deep and centered in the well, strong snap and tight lockup. Safety does not work. Good condition for age/use.
