z INOX 27cm Large French Bone Coffin lever automatic knife

This is the larger model of the French Coffin lever knife. The knife has jigged bone scales and measures 26.5cm open (10.5 inches) with steel liners and nickel silver bolsters and lever. The blade is marked INOX and appears to be full with some light scratches. The bone scales are in very good condition with no cracks or chips. The knife works well with the blade tip barely above the liners when closed, Strong snap and good lockup open with approx 1/8" up and down at the tip. These are referred to as Coffin knives because of the shape and are popular with collectors. This is a nice working example of the largest coffin knife.
