Schrade Cut Co medium double Tortoise celluloid early

This is an early Schrade Cut Co medium double, pattern number 7404S that measures 3 3/8" closed and 7 1/8 inches open. It was made by the Schrade Cutlery Co of Walden, NY somewhere around 1910-1916 so it's a 100+ year old American made switchblade. Main blade stamped Schrade Cut Co Walden, NY and the small pen blade is marked with three early patent dates, 1906, 07 & 10. The knife is in Ex condition with full blades that have some patina and some light stains. The beautiful Tortoise celluloid scales are in good condition with a small crack near the front safety and a couple of minor blems. The knife works great with both blades blade tips seating well, open fully and good lockup. NO kickback on small blade, which is unusual. Really nice old knife!
