Nice old Italian transitional stiletto switchblade marked Rostfrei IMPORT. The knife measures a little under 23cm (9 inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat grind blade is full with original factory finish and is marked Rostfrei IMPORT on the tang and looks like a 1 on the rear. The scales are very nice stag with a red dot safety and are in great condition with no cracks. This is a swivel bolster knife which means you push down on the front right finger guard to swivel the bolster releasing the blade to close. The knife works great with the blade tip sitting below the liners when closed, good snap and tight lockup. Swivel bolster so you push down on the right finger guard on top front bolster to swivel it and release the blade to close. Very nice old Italian Stag 9 inch stiletto automatic knife from the 1960s, or 70s. Safety works. EX+ condition.
