Ackermannchen 21cm Vintage 1950s Italian Picklock switchblade knife

This is a 1950s vintage Italian picklock. The knife measures 21cm (8 inches) open with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade appears to be full with nearly all of the original factory finish and is stamped Ackermannchen STAINLESS on the front and MADE ITALY on the rear ricasso. The horn scales are dark with lots of green to yellow streaking, mostly on the back scale. The knife works great with blade tip seating deep and centered, good snap and good lockup with barely any movement open. Safety works. EX+ condition.
