Inox PATENT 18cm Italian Swing Guard Dark Horn vintage switchblade knife

Vintage Inox PATENT Italian Swing guard from the 1960s or 70s measures 18cm (7 1/8") open with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, guards, button & safety cap. The blade is 99% full or better and shiny with light scratches and some of the original factory finish still intact. The ricasso is stamped Inox on the front and PATENT on the reverse. The buffalo horn scales are mostly dark with a little bit of white streaking on the mainly on the back scale and some light handling marks. The knife works well with the blade tip below the liners when closed, good snap and very good lockup with just a hint of movement at the tip. This is a backspring release knife so you have to push down on the tab part of the backspring near the bottom bolsters to close the knife. The safety works. EX- condition.
