z INOX 247 24cm French MODEL DEPOSE Swing Guard Black checkered automatic knife

Vintage INOX 247 24cm French MODEL DEPOSE Swing Guard Black checkered automatic knife. Measures 23.7cm (9 5/8" inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, guards, safety and pins and steel rectangular button. The flat swedge grind blade is nearly full and shiny with some light scratches and a couple of small pit spots and is marked INOX 241 inside a hexagon on the front and MODEL DEPOSE on the back of the tang. I believe this is a rarer stamp for this knife. The black checkered synthetic scales are in excellent condition. The knife works well with blade tip below liners closed, good snap and good lockup open with a hint of movement each way at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken open. Safety works. EX condition.
