IND COLT ZOPPIS ITALY 17cm Italian Picklock WASP body Vintage switchblade knife RARE

Very RARE IND COLT ZOPPIS ITALY 17cm Italian Picklock WASP body Vintage switchblade knife measures 16.7 cm (6 9/16 inches) open with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade has seen use and sharpening over the past 70-80 years, but still in fair used condition at about 90% full withy patina and scratches. The ricasso is stamped IND COLT ZOPPIS ITALY. The knife has had some professional repairs including a new spring, new front scale and peek repaired so tip sits below the liners closed. There are a couple of small grinder nicks near two pins on the back scale from someone previously trying to repair the knife, otherwise the buffalo horn is very nice. Works great with good lockup with about 1/16 inch up and down at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken when open. Wonderful old Italian wasp body picklock that has been given the TLC it deserved while preserving the blade's original condition. Safety works. VG+ condition.
