Vintage Imperial keychain switchblade with cracked ice swirl celluloid wrapped handles. The knife was made by the Imperial Knife Co of Providence, RI in the 1950s and was designated the model JM96PB. It came with a beaded chain to attach keys, etc. The knife measures 2.25 inches closed and 3.75 inches open with brass liners. The blade is stamped IMPERIAL USA with two patent numbers on the back ending in 37 & 82. The blade is nearly full with some light scratches. The Cracked Ice (faux pearl) celluloid scales are in excellent condition. The knife works well with the blade tip deep closed, opens fully and tight lockup. Safety does work. EX+ condition.
