Vintage HOMEIJ ROSTFREI 20cm Italian Birds Head Lever Horn automatic knife most likely made in the 1980s or 90s in Italy for export to Belgium. The knife measures 20.2cm (8 inches) open and 4 5/8 inches closed with steel liners & bolsters with nickel silver lever. Flat grind spear point blade is 100% full with factory finish and the ricasso is stamped HOMEIJ ROSTFREI. Synthetic imitation buffalo horn scales are very attractive and in good condition with lots of light handling marks. The knife works well with blade tip deep & centered in the well, strong snap and good lockup with 3/16" up and down at the tip that springs back when you let go. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. EX+ condition.
