Flylock Hunter Fisherman Stainless Steel Scaler blade Etched antique switchblade knife

Antique Flylock Hunter Fisherman Stainless Steel blade Etched switchblade knife from the 1920s. This knife has the rarer Stainless steel blade with fish scaler spine and is about 94% full with fully legible Flylock STAINLESS STEEL etch on the front face of the blade with lots of light scratches. Blade tang is stamped Flylock REG US PAT OFF US PAT 3-5-18 and the reverse is stamped THE FLYLOCK KNIFE CO BPORT CONN and the letter "S" which also designates Stainless steel blade. The synthetic imitation stag scales are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips & have a lanyard hole drilled through them from the factory. The front scale has browned a bit over the years, probably some sun exposure, but the back one is still all black. The knife works well with blade tip deep in the well closed, strong snap and very good lockup with about 1/8" up and down and slight side to side at the tip. VG+ condition
