Antique Flylock Double Nickel Silver plated Ornate metal handled automatic knife made by the Flylock Knife Co, a division of Challenge Cutlery Corp of Bridgeport, CT in the late 1920s. It's the larger size of the two bladed switchblades that the company made measuring 3 3/8" closed and 7 1/16 inches with both blades open and has steel liners with nickel silver buttons. Each blade is activated by sliding an oval button, one on each side of the knife. The blades are mostly full at 98% or better and have patina and some spotting and a little light peppering. The scales (handles) are plated with nickel silver and are in excellent condition. The knife functions well with both tips below the liners when closed. Large blade opens fully and locks, small blade has kickback, but good lockup on both in the open position. Very nice example of a 100 year old American double switchblade knife. EX condition.
