Edgemaster Fishtail 1940s Brass bolsters saber grind Gray swirl switchblade

Edgemaster fishtail with gray swirl synthetic scales and  brass bolsters made by the Federal Knife Co of Providence, RI in the late 40s, or early 1950s. This knife measures 4 inches closed and 7 1/8" open with brass liners and bolsters with steel button and safety cap. The saber gring blade is full and shiny with some scattered light pit spots and is stamped Edgemaster USA. The gray swirl scales are in great condition with a little shrinkage, which is common with these 70 year old knives. The knife functions well with blade tip seating deep and centered in the well closed, good snap and Tight lockup. The safety works. EX- condition
