Edgemaster Fatjack Gray pink swirl vintage switchblade knife
Edgemaster Fatjack Gray pink swirl vintage switchblade knife
Vintage Edgemaster fatjack Gray pink swirl switchblade made by the Federal Knife Co of Providence, RI in the late 1940s, or early 50s and was designated the model #102. The knife measures 4 1/8 inches closed and just 6.75 inches open with brass liners. The blade is about 90% full and shiny with a lot of light scratches and some spotting from age and is marked Edgemaster in script over USA. The synthetic scales are in excellent condition with some scuffs, a little shrinkage and looks like a little glue in the surface on the back scale. The knife works well with the blade tip seating deep, good snap and good lockup with a little movement each way as most of these old used switchblades do. Rattles if shaken with blade open. Nice working example of a vintage American fatjack switchblade. Safety works. VG condition.
