Early SCHRADE CUT CO pattern # 7504B large 3 3/4" double switchblade with Black celluloid scales and full bolsters. This knife was made in Walden, NY sometime between 1910 and 1916 most likely. It measures 3 3/4 inches closed and 8 1/8 inches open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, buttons, safeties & pins. This is a Spear/Pen blade combo and the blades are mostly full at 98%, or better and shiny with light scratches and a little scattered peppering. The large spear point blade is stamped SCHRADE CUT CO WALDEN NY and the small pen blade is stamped US PATS FEB 13, 06 & FEB 26, 07 & SEPT 13, 10. The knife has the full size bolsters and the Black celluloid scales are in great condition with light handling marks. The knife works well with both blade tips below the liners closed, both open fully and lock open well. Small blade has slight kickback, but usually ends up in the fully open locked position. The large blade has less than 1/16" and small blade about 1/8" up and down at the tip. Does rattle slightly if shaken with small blade open. Safeties work properly. EX- condition.
