DRAGON STAINLESS STEEL 84 18cm Japanese Lever Bullfighter cream automatic knife

Vintage DRAGON STAINLESS STEEL 84 18cm Japanese Lever Bullfighter cream automatic knife made in Japan 1950s - 1970s for Mexican tourist trade. This is an unusual version with a variation in the mechanism/lever with a visible lever spring end that fits into a slot in the lever. Also the lever has a design above the spring that looks like the top of an umbrella. The clip blade is about 96% full with some damage at the tip and sharpening marks and light scratches with the word DRAGON stamped into the face of the blade along the spine. The tang is stamped STAINLESS STEEL and the backside has what looks like a baseball with crossed bats over 8 4. Never seen one quite the same as this knife and I've seen a LOT of Japanese bullfighter knives! The front scale has a 3D Gold dragon under clear acrylic with cream colored background and hairline crack across the middle of the acrylic. The back has a 3D image of a golden bull and bullfighter with a red cape. The knife works well with blade tip below liners closed, good snap and very good lockup with about 1/8" down at the tip that springs back when you let go. VG- condition.
