Colonial SHUR-SNAP Cigar Jack 2nd Gen Yellow saber clip blade early knife

Colonial SHUR-SNAP Cigar Jack 2nd generation Yellow Saber clip blade early knife from early 1950s with small domed button. Made by the Colonial Knife Co of Providence, RI it was designated the model #1700 and the knife measures 3 3/8 inches closed and 5 7/8 inches open with brass liners, steel button and nickel silver safety. The saber grind clip blade is 96% full with lots of scratches from sharpening, patina and some spotting tang is stamped SHUR-SNAP COLONIAL PROV USA. The yellow swirl synthetic scales are in nice condition with no cracks. The knife works well with blade tip below liners closed, good snap and good lockup with about 1/16" movement at the tip. Does rattle if shaken when open. Safety works. G+ condition.
