C.Lutters & CIE Solingen LOEWEN MESSER Lion 10cm German Lever switchblade

Vintage C. LUTTERS CIE LOEWEN MESSER LION 10cm German lever automatic knife made in Germany most likely before 1950. It measures 10.5cm (4 1/8 inches) closed and 7 3/16 inches open with brass liners and German silver bolsters, lever & pins. The clip blade is 98% full or better with original finish with some light scratches from sharpening. The tang is stamped C. LUTTERS Cie over picture of a lion and is engraved with a picture of a Lion and the words LOEWEN MESSER. The scales are dyed jigged bone and are in excellent condition. Works great with blade tip deep and centered closed, strong snap and excellent lockup open. You have to flip the lever up and then push down on the blade to get it to seat fully. EX condition.
