Vintage C JUL HERBERTZ ROSTFREI 20cm Italian Transitional Pearlex Stiletto switchblade knife most likely made in the 1970s. The knife measures 19.8cm (7.75 inches) open and 4 3/8 inches closed with non stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap with Red Dot safety. The flat grind blade is 98% full or better and mostly shiny with light scratches. The ricasso is stamped C JUL HERBERTZ ROSTFREI on the front and backside is blank. The Pearlex (imitation pearl) scales are Beautiful and in great condition with tiny scratches from handling/storage. The knife works great with the blade tip below liners and centered in the well closed, strong snap and excellent lockup open with less than 1/16" up and down at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken with the blade open. Safety works. EX- condition.
