Vintage C JUL HERBERTZ IMPORT 23cm Italian Transitional Pearlex Stiletto switchblade knife. The knife is NOS (New Old Stock) and is part of a group of old Herbertz switchblades found recently in Italy that had been in storage for over 50 years. The knife measures 22.5cm (8 7/8 inches) open with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button and safety cap and Red Dot safety. The flat swedge grind blade is 100% full with all of the factory finish intact and the ricasso is stamped C JUL HERBERTZ IMPORT on the front and PATENT on the rear. The Pearlex (imitation pearl) scales are Beautiful and in great condition. The knife works great with the blade tip deep and centered in the well closed, strong snap and TIGHT lockup open. Safety works. Nearly New (NOS) condition.
