C. Jul Herbertz IMPORT 23cm Italian Transitional Brazilian horn switchblade knife

Vintage C. Jul Herbertz IMPORT 23cm Italian Transitional Stiletto switchblade knife made in the 1970s in Italy. It measures 22.8cm (9 inches) open and 4 7/8 inches closed with D stamped brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is 99% full with most of the original finish intact with some very light scratches and the ricasso is stamped C. JUL HERBERTZ IMPORT on the front and ROSTFREI on the reverse. Blade tip slightly blunted. Genuine Brazilian horn scales with at least 5 colors including Black, cream, green & brown are in very good condition with Red dot safety. The knife works well with blade tip deep & centered closed, strong snap and tight lockup. Does NOT rattle if shaken with blade open. Swivel bolster so you close by pushing down on the right front finger guard which swivels the bolster to release the blade. Short throw safety works. VG+ condition.
