z C JUL HERBERTZ 21cm 1960s Italian Trapdoor OTF switchblade knife flawed

Vintage 1960s C Jul Herbertz 21cm Italian trapdoor switchblade knife measures 21.2cm (8.25 inches) open with chrome plated brass bolsters, nickel silver button and missing the safety cap. The knife has a few cosmetic issues and is priced accordingly. The flat swedge grind blade is 100% full with original finish and some light scratches and it stamped C JUL HERBERTZ over IMPORT on the ricasso and the backside is stamped PATENT ROSTFREI. The tri colored horn scales with red dot safety are in good condition except for a missing piece on the rear scale at the top. The bottom/back rear bolsters is missing much of the chrome finish and the bottom bolster on the front has a little corrosion. The knife functions great with the blade opening fully when the button is pressed. Press the button again to release the blade from locked open position to be closed and cocked into firing position with the hinged trapdoor. Safety works. VG condition.
