C JUL HERBERTZ 21cm 1960s Italian Trapdoor OTF switchblade knife

Vintage New Old Stock 1960s C Jul Herbertz 21cm Italian trapdoor switchblade knife. The knife measures 21.2cm (8.25 inches) open and 4.75 inches closed with nickel silver plated brass bolsters, button and safety cap. The flat swedge grind blade is 100% full with original finish and some light scratches and it stamped C JUL HERBERTZ over IMPORT on the ricasso and the backside is stamped PATENT ROSTFREI. The genuine horn scales are in great condition and mostly black with just a few tiny streaks of brown with red dot safety. The knife functions great with the blade opening fully when the button is pressed. Press the button again to release the blade from locked open position to be closed and cocked into firing position with the hinged trapdoor. Red dot safety works. EX+ condition.
