Bonsa 10cm German Lever Shadow (no bolster) Tortoise celluloid automatic knife

Vintage Bonsa 10cm German Lever Shadow (no bolster) Tortoise celluloid automatic knife. This is an unusual version with no bolsters (shadow knife) that measures 10.3cm closed and 18cm (7 1/8 inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver (German silver) lever. The spear point blade is mostly full (97%) with a little loss from sharpening, heavy patina and some scratches and light spotting. Blade tang is stamped Bonsa SOLINGEN GERMANY, though hard to read. The scales (handles) are Tortoise celluloid and in very good condition with light scratches and held on with brass pins. The knife works well with blade tip just slightly above liners closed, good snap and very good lockup. No rattle if shaken with blade open. VG+ condition.
