BENCHMADE 3000S nine inch MEL PARDUE design Semi serrated blade automatic knife. This knife doesn't appear to have ever been used, but there is some stuff spilled on the frame and it has been played with and shows some light signs of handling on the scales. It measures just over 5 inches closed an 9 1/8" open. Semi serrated stain finish blade is marked BENCHMADE USA with a picture of a Butterfly that says BALI SONG inside. The back of the blade is marked MEL PURDUE DESIGN. The frame is gray aluminum with black rubberized inserts. The knife works like new! Blade tip deep, strong snap and TIGHT lockup open! Would look nearly new if the handles were cleaned up a bit and most would wipe off.
