BARGEON INOX 22cm French Crossguard Black checkered red dot automatic knife

Vintage BARGEON INOX 22cm French Crossguard Black checkered red dot lockback automatic knife with finger guards on the bolsters made in 1960s or 70s in France. The knife measures 21.8 cm (8 5/8 inches) open and 4 11/16 inches closed with coined brass liners, steel boslters, button & lanyard ring and brass safety cap. The spear point swedge blade is 100% full with original finish and the ricasso is marked BARGEON INOX sideways. The black plastic checkered scales are in excellent condition with no shrinkage with Red Dot safety. The knife functions well with the blade tip deep and centered closed, Strong snap and very good lockup with less than 1/8" movement at the tip that springs back when you let go. Push hump on backspring to close the blade (lockback). Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. The safety works. EX+ condition.
