B Rostfrei 33cm Italian Picklock customized vintage automatic knife

Vintage B Rostfrei 33cm Italian Picklock customized automatic knife was originally a swivel bolster release now with replacement bolsters making it a picklock. Not sure what the new bolsters are made of, but looks like stone, or synthetic imitation stone with gray on the edges and face looks like marble. Not sure who did the customization, or when it was done, but the knife was made in the 1980s or 90s in Italy. It measures 33.4cm (13 1/8 inches) open and 7 1/8 inches closed with brass liners and steel bottom (back) bolsters, button & safety cap. The flat grind blade is 100% full with original finish and some light scratches and the ricasso is stamped B Rostfrei. The genuine buffalo horn scales are in excellent condition and mostly black with a little brown streaking and separated from the aftermarket bolsters by brass bands. The knife works well with blade tip well below liners closed, good snap and good lockup with a little "up" movement at the tip that springs back when you let go. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. VG+ condition.
