AMERICAN OF LEGION KONDOR SUPER 20cm Russian RPK 1960s Vintage automatic knife

AMERICAN OF LEGION KONDOR SUPER 20cm Russian RPK vintage automatic knife likely made in a Russian Prison around the 1960s. The knife measures 20.1cm (7 15/16 inches) open and 4.5 inches closed with carbon steel liners, bolsters & blade. Unusual drop point two level blade is mostly full with heavy patina, pitting & scratches and is deeply stamped AMERICA OF LEGION. The steel frame has sort of a futuristic 1960s shape/look and the front bolster is stamped KONDOR and the rear is stamped SUPER. Blue & black synthetic scales are in good condition with some scratches. The knife works well with blade tip deep in the well closed, good snap and good typical lockup with about 1/4" down movement at the tip that springs back when you let go. No rattle if shaken with blade open. VG- condition.
