AGA CAMPOLIN MANIAGO ITALY 2014 33cm Italian Swing Guard Stag Oval Button switchblade knife. This knife was made for Campolin by famed knife maker Renzo Pascotto and measures 33.3 (13 1/8 inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, guards, button and safety cap. The bayonet style blade is 100% full with original finish and some light scratches and is stamped on the ricasso: AGA CAMPOLIN MANIAGO ITALY 2014. These normally have traditional guards or Batwing guards, so these are less common and very cool. The stag scales are gorgeous with no cracks or chips. The knife works perfectly with blade tip deep and centered in the well closed, strong snap and very good lockup open with excellent lockup with just a hint of movement at the tip when open. Does not rattle when shaken except the folding guards. These are getting VERY hard to find and Renzo Pascotto had retired and is no longer making knives. Safety works. Nearly new condition.
