Ackermannchen ROSTFREI 24cm Italian Rectangle button lockback automatic knife

Vintage Ackermannchen ROSTFREI 24cm Italian Rectangle button lockback automatic knife made in Italy in the 1960s or 1970s. The knife measures 23.5cm (9 5/16 inches) open and just over 5 inches closed with brass liners and nickel silver button and safety. The flat swedge blade is 98% full, or better and shiny with light scratches and the ricasso is stamped Ackermannchen in an arch over ROSTFREI and the reverse is stamped PATENT MADE IN ITALY. The black wrap around scales (handles) are in very good condition with light handling marks/scuffs and very slight shrinkage. The knife works well with blade tip deep and centered closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with about 1/16 inch movement at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Safety works. VG+ condition.
