Ackermannchen 18cm vintage Italian picklock automatic knife

This is a 1950s vintage Italian picklock. The knife measures 18cm (7 inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The flat grind swedge blade is mostly full with nearly all of the original factory finish with light scratches. The blade is stamped Ackermannchen STAINLESS on the front and MADE ITALY on the rear ricasso. The horn scales are dark with some tan streaks. There is an impression in the horn near the button as you can see in the pics. The knife works great with blade tip seating below the liners, good snap and fair lockup with a little over 1/8" up and down movement at the tip when open. Safety works. EX condition.
