C JUL HERBERTZ IMPORT 14cm Italian Stag Transitional Swivel bolster switchblade

Vintage C JUL HERBERTZ IMPORT 14cm Italian Stag Transitional Swivel bolster switchblade knife most likely made in the 1960s or early 70s in Italy. This knife measures 13.9cm (5.5 inches) open and 3 1/16 inches closed with D Stamped brass liners, nickel silver bolsters, button & safety cap. The flat swedge blade is 97% full or better  with patina and lots of light scratches. The ricasso is stamped C JUL HERBERTZ IMPORT and the reverse is stamped Inox in cursive. Genuine stag scales have character and are in excellent condition with Red Dot safety. Knife works well with blade tip seated well below liners closed, strong snap and tight lockup. Push down on right front finger guard to pivot (swivel) the bolster to release the blade so it can be closed. Safety works. VG+ condition
