Rizzuto Estileto Milano 27cm Japanese Swing guard Black step bolster vintage switchblade

Vintage Rizzuto Estileto Milano 27cm Japanese Swing guard Step bolster Black vintage automatic knife with regular guards made in Japan in the 1960s. It measures 26.5cm (10 9/16 inches) open and 5.75 inches closed with steel liners, bolsters & guards, and nickel plated brass button and safety cap & nickel silver decorated lanyard ring. The bayonet style blade is 99% full or better with original factory finish, some light scratches and spotting and the ricasso is stamped STAINLESS STEEL and the face of the blade below the spine is stamped RIZZUTO ESTILETO MILANO. The black synthetic scales are in very good condition with slight shrinkage, light handling marks and are held on with 7 brass pins. The top (front) bolsters are called Step bolsters because they step down in size near the (top) front. The knife works well with blade tip just above the liners closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with less than 1/16" up and down at the tip, but springs back when you let go and stays open nicely. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open except the guards. Safety works. EX+ condition.
