This is a 1950s Italian picklock marked MADE ITALY. The knife measures just under 23cm (9 inches) open with brass liners and nickel silver bolsters button and safety cap. It has a bayonet grind blade that is full and shiny with original factory finish. Very nice blade. The horn scales are colorful with the front being dark with tan/cream streaks and the rear scale mostly black with a little light streaking and are in very nice condition with no cracks or chips. There is a little discoloration near the safety. I think it's just something stuck to the horn, hardly noticeable. The knife works great with blade tip seating deep and centered, strong snap and tight lockup. Really nice EX+ example of a 1950s vintage Italian picklock.
