18cm Spanish MATADOR Coilspring Lockback curved guards automatic knife Etched

Vintage 18cm Spanish Coilspring Lockback curved guards automatic knife that you don't see very often. It measures 18.2cm (7 3/16 inches) open with non magnetic chrome looking frame w/ built in bolsters, brass button and plastic safety cap. Made in Spain in the 1960s or 70s and it is etched on the face of the blade: MATADOR AUTOMATICA #LN M Fabricado en Espania ACERO INOXIDIBLE. The flat spear point blade is 100% full with original finish intact. The textured black scales are in excellent condition. The knife works well with blade tip below the liners closed, good snap and average lockup for this type of knife with about 3/16" up and down at the tip, but snaps back when you let it go. Does NOT rattle if shaken with the blade open. Safety works, but is a little loose so not to be trusted in a pocket. Nearly New condition.
