The button is a little higher than the original and these are made without a sliding safety, but otherwise this knife is very true to the size, feel and function of the original knives!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe knife measures 29.9cm (11.75 inches) open and 6.5 inches closed not including the shell pullers or the lanyard loop at the bottom (back) of the knife. It has brass liners, bolsters, fulcrum \u0026amp; pins with steel button. The bayonet style blade is 100% full with original finish and is marked Orang Zaib below the spine near the ricasso. The scales (handles) are smooth bone and are mostly white with just a little bit of other colors and in excellent condition. The knife works Great with the blade tip deep \u0026amp; centered closed, nice smooth snap and excellent lockup with less than 1\/16\" movement at the tip open. (slight button rattle). Press button to open and push down on fulcrum lever to release blade to close.
