Bayonet style blade is 100% full with all of the original finish with a few light scratches from opening\/closing and minor blem from storage. The ricasso is stamped S.M. CO ITALY. The horn scales (handles) are in very nice condition and are mostly black with a little tan streaking. The knife works great with blade tip seating deep and centered closed, strong snap and excellent lockup with just a bit of movement each way at the tip, just as it was when new. Does not rattle if shaken when open. Safety works.
