The bayonet grind blade is 98% full, or better and shiny with light scratches and a little spotting and the ricasso is stamped MAURO MARIO ITALY. The genuine horn scales (handles) are in excellent condition and mostly black with some tan streaking. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe knife works great with blade tip below the liners closed, strong snap and excellent lockup open with less than 1\/32\" up and down at the tip. Does not rattle if shaken with blade open. Short throw safety works great.
